The process
The following steps are the process we undertake in view of building your bespoke timber structure.
Step 1
Get in Touch!
Contact us with your ideas, pictures and plans for your timber structure requirements.
Step 2
The Concept Sketch
From discussing your plans, we use our in-house expertise to create a hand-drawn Concept Sketch to ensure we have understood exactly what you have in mind.
Step 3
The Quote
Following on from the Concept Sketch, we provide a quote detailing the price of the job and an overview of the construction.
Step 4
The Site Visit
Once we have locked in the initial design, we then conduct a site visit to confirm details such as the size, base and access.
Step 5
Order Placed
On agreement of the Concept Package details, the deposit of 10% is required and the key dates of the project are confirmed.
Step 6
Pre-Construction
2 weeks before commencement of the project, the pre-construction payment of 60% is required to secure the materials for the project.
Step 7
Your Bespoke Build Gets Underway
On commencement of the project 25% is required.
Step 8
From Concept To Creation!
On completion, the remaining 5% is required. At this stage, the earlier charge for the Concept Package is refunded.
