The industry standard lead time for an oak garage is 12–16 weeks. This is often because companies are waiting for timber imports or outsourcing their cutting to third parties.

We Hold Stock: We keep a supply of structural Douglas Fir and Oak ready to go.
In-House Cutting: We don’t wait for a factory slot. We cut the frame ourselves in Stafford.
Standardised Efficiency: By using our “Customisable Standard” designs, we skip weeks of architectural drawing time.
