QPA & QP1 (Prime Structural Grade):
We source Prime European Oak, selected for straight grain, minimal sapwood, and low knot content, ensuring both superior visual appearance and predictable structural performance.
Engineered Structural Joinery: Traditional mortise and tenon connections secured with seasoned hardwood pegs. As the green oak dries and naturally shrinks, the joints self-tighten, increasing long-term structural rigidity without mechanical fixings.
Efficient Lead Times: Streamlined fabrication and pre-cut framing allow for reduced manufacturing and installation timeframes, helping maintain programme certainty and project scheduling.
