1. Get in Touch!
Contact us with your ideas, pictures and plans for your timber structure requirements.
2. The Concept Sketch
From discussing your plans, we use our in-house expertise to create a Concept Sketch to ensure we have understood exactly what you have in mind.
3. The Quote
Following on from the Concept Sketch, we provide a quote detailing the project value and an overview of the construction.
4. The Site Visit
Once we have honed in on the initial design, we then conduct a site visit to confirm details such as specific storage requirements, groundworks & foundations and access.
5. Order Placed
On agreement of the Quote, Final plans are drawn and a deposit of 10% is required and the key construction dates of the project are confirmed.
6. Pre-Construction
2 weeks before commencement of the project, the pre-construction payment of 60% is required to secure the materials for the project.
7. Your Bespoke Build Gets Underway
On commencement of the project 25% is required.
8. From Concept To Creation!
On completion, when you are fully satisfied with your project the remaining 5% is required.
